Question by KD: Where should my husband and I go for vacation this year?
We are in our early 40′s and although we aren’t party animals we like to have fun and do all kinds of things. We have been to places like Vegas, NY, Virginia Beach, Branson, LA, Niagara Falls and various amusement parks throughout the US. We want to stay in the US. Help please!

I’m trying to find out some lesser known (and cheaper locations) to bring my family on vacation that are kid-friendly. So far I’ve gotten places like Branson Missouri, Traverse City MI, etc. Do you know of any other places besides big cities?

I don’t have kids I’m a kid I’m 13 years old and i will tell you take them to Orlando, FL it’s not very big it’s not very noisy like a big city and it’s safe but you can check in on a hotel in disneyworld your kids will enjoy everything there you can also spot a celebrity in disneyworld but it has 1 problem it’s raining there most of the time and hot and humid

We are trying to plan a vacation near enough to the border so that we can travel to more than one state. Does anyone have any ideas? The more states we can visit, the better!

Example: We went to Branson, Missouri and crossed the border into Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Laughlin Nevada borders 2 states. It borders Arizona and California. The 4 corners is a place on the corners of Arizona Utah New Mexico and Colorado

Question by It’s a boy! Due Jan. 5th, 2011: Where is a good 3 night vacation spot in the midwest?
Besides Branson, St. Louis, Gatlinburg, Chicago…? My hubby and I are wanting to take a mini vacation this summer and only can take 4 days off work. So it needs to be like 12 hours or less driving to. We live in Terre Haute, IN if that helps. Thanks!

My family and i are planning a trip to Branson,Mo, which is only about 30 minutes across state lines from here in Arkansas. I was wondering if i have to have my ex’s permission to take them or if i can take them without his permission, since i have full custody.

Who would i contact to find out more about this? County Court? Judge?

Question by bkern: What is a good vacation spot with attractions both in and our doors?
I live in Wichita Kansas…and was looking for a spot to take a week vacation. If possible, I would want it to be possibly within 15 hrs that way we can get their in a day…possibly less then 15 hrs would be great. And dont say Branson MO, because we have been their enough and would like something different…possibly something different then Memphis and Nashville to…but anywhere else you could think within 15 or so hrs would be great.

I think Colorado Springs CO maybe good, and within your timeline. Also, Boulder CO has indoor and outdoor attractions.
