Set up a website, print some business cards and, if you can afford it, get some advertising space so you can be sure your business is getting recognised. Once you have attracted a few clients always keep on top of your marketing so you can be sure your company continues to grow.
Once you have a bit of money behind you it’s a good idea check out any conferences, trade shows or gatherings related to your chosen business. Attending these events may seem like a bit of a luxury for a new business but it can be an invaluable way to meet some of the key players in your industry and can often lead to unexpected new clients, commissions or sales. Take some with promotional bags filled with company goodies and information with you as you will be able to pass these on to potential clients so they will remember you long after the event is over.

Question by buster b: what is the best songs to sing at an idol competition that I can show off my range? ?
I currently sing at several Branson Theaters and mostly sing country songs. The problem is I like to sing country but I love to sing pop songs and have a range (have had no lessons) some where between Kelly Clarkson & Carry Underwood. I am the 2008 Idol for my state but it to was sang in country. There isn’t any places to sing pop in a state that has a lot of Country Theaters. So I need to find the top 5 pop songs to sing at a Idol audition so I can prepare myself for the day I meet Simon. Thanks for your help!
mariah carey stuff is usually frowned on by the judges and so is new popular music that is on the top charts within the last year. They say “there is only one mariah”. And I am not sure if touch my body is a good song for a 16 year old

you actually can sing country pop. carrie underwood and kelly clarkson both got away with it. as long as you put more of the pop feel into it it, you should be fine up there.
i study american idol because i want to be on it too.
and simons favorite song is im in chains by tina arena. so unless you can completly rock it. dont do that. just a heads up warning.
but the songs i’ll be-edwin mccain, heaven- bryan adams, and where i stood=missy higgens.
are all very good bets.
