Okay here it goes it depends on what type hotel room you want, and time of year. But do a search by typing branson.com There are many many places to stay that are very reasonable from $ 30 to as high as you can immagine. even the cheaper rooms are in nice hotels not new not fancy just good ole basics. But then you can also rent cabins there for not to much more unless you go at peak times. You just have to search the branson home page. I have stayed at many of the hotals there and found that most all of them are pretty good. You can also pickup discount books on the way down there by stopping at a visitor center

I was there once a few years ago in March (my brothers college basketball team was playing in a national tourament).

Since it was off season a LOT of things were closed. However, we did go to a restuarant owned by Dolly Parton. I am not sure of the name, but it was a type of dinner theater. It was a big area and there was a show with horses . . . The food was ok – you pay for the atmosphere/show.

It was fun!!!! Enjoy your time there!!!
