In a small town in Wisconsin and mother and her three children lived in a nice little condo in a decent neighborhood. The community was very helpful to her, due to the fact that she was a single mother, and gave her all the supports they could when she moved in. She was looked after by the community by then bringing her a home-made meals, offering help to cook and to babysit while she was looking for work in the local town. The mother was absolutely horrified at this information and that no warning the neighborhood even mention this as a possibility. She had to double-check this information and checked the local sex offenders list and what do you know their review was his name and picture. There was only one thing left to do to notify the local authorities that this man was currently speaking to her little girl, and to start packing and moved to a new area.
